Hotel Porte Mars Reims Gare Centre Arena, Reims

The hotel is conveniently located near the cathedral and across from a lovely park, but it faces heavy traffic due to its position on a bustling roundabout. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff offering a late check-out at no extra charge. However, the small double bed in the room was a downside, even though it had all necessary amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were comfortable and clean with all necessary conveniences for a family. The beds were very comfy, although the small double-bed was a bit snug. The service was top-notch, with very helpful and friendly staff at the Reception desk and from some team members who even allowed a late check-out without extra charge. The location was ideal, being opposite the beautiful main park in Reims and in a safe area close to the city center and the halles. However, the hotel is situated on a busy roundabout with lots of traffic, which could be a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory, with some home-grown products offered. The facilities were sufficient, providing a comfortable stay overall, but with room for improvement in some areas.
